It’s always refreshing to see two sanctioning bodies working together to put on a top-tier show for fans. This was the case in late July when the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series and the Ultimate Late Model Series co-sanctioned an event at Lavonia Speedway in Georgia.
Casey Roberts grabbed the win from the pole position after holding off Jason Welshan. The win was worth $4,000. Roberts earned his 20th career Ultimate victory and 2nd career Carolina Clash victory. Ross Bailes, Zack Mitchell, and Tyler Millwood rounded out the Top Five.

Other feature winners on the night included: Hunter Anthony (Front Wheel Drive), Parker Herring (Fastrak Late Model), Kevin Kelly (Stock 4 Cylinder), Jack Hill (Stock 8 Cylinder), Jeff Robinson (Hobby Stock), Bubba Russell (Limited Late Model), Dalton Bailey (Beginner 4 Cylinder), and Rusty Jordan (Modified Street).
