An epic showdown happened yesterday at Thunder Valley, Bristol Drag Strip, in Bristol, Tennessee. Discovery’s Street Outlaws filmed an episode of Season 10 in front of a capacity crowd. A media blackout was in effect, so we were unable to get in, but images and pictures did leak out. As you most likely already know Justin Shearer won the $100,000 top prize, emerging victorious over a tough field of competitors including all the cars currently on the show’s Top 10 list, and other favorites including Jeff Lutz, Jerry Bird, David Bird Jones, Swamp Thing, and Kye Kelley. More than 30,000 spectators attended this no-prep event. No entry fee was charged for admission, just $10 per car load for parking, and fans in the seats and people following the event said people were being turned away once the facility reached it’s capacity.
