Berrien Center, Michigan, is essentially a “one horse town.” One school, one church, one grocery store, and one “old-time” auto repair shop. Need anything else? You have to travel to the next bigger town.

The area is known for its fruit and vegetable production and this heavy-duty stakebed did its share of hauling.
The mid-’60s Ford sits in the grassy lot of the auto repair shop. It hasn’t moved in years. No grille, paint is worse for wear, but amazingly the glass is still intact!
